Can the software be open-sourced or licensed?
Yes, it can be, but we will retain some core components and require that it cannot be redistributed. The specifics depend on the actual module requirements, and the cost will be correspondingly higher.
Besides SaaS services, do you provide technical support services?
Yes, we can even provide on-site resident technical personnel, or directly train and hire them into your company. This depends on whether you are willing to bear the corresponding costs.
What percentage of public cloud functionality can I achieve?
Basically, more than 90% of public cloud functions are included. Only some public cloud-specific features, such as external reseller systems, are not included.
What is the budget for basic hardware to run the entire system?
If it's just the basic components, servers within HK$100,000 can run the system completely. However, if considering applications such as storage or adding AI components, a system cost of HK$1 million would be more appropriate as a starting point.
Are there distributors? Are there discounts?
We are based in Hong Kong and currently have no distributors. If you are a Hong Kong customer, you can come directly to our company for consultation. We save all distributor costs and use them to give back to our customers.

This is the result of our over 5 years of R&D, continuous iteration, and innovative integration of AI into the entire process management. Currently, there are no competitors in the market with private cloud products that are as lightweight as ours while being fully functional.
What is the total cost and pricing?
This depends on which specific modules you use. If you need the complete end-to-end solution, the price is around HK$500,000, plus an annual 20% maintenance fee (excluding on-site service). The first year's maintenance fee is waived.
